I'm a sucker for Deep Purple covers by the Imperial Court Orchestra

I guess this is like the Boston Pops doing, "Jumping Jack Flash." It's kitsch, but how else are you going to get the kids, I mean 40 year olds, to sit in a hall or park and listen to classical music? I was introduced to Wagner by Bugs Bunny and to Beethoven by Walter Murphy, what can I say?
